Sellers property auctions will designate a beginning and ending auction date or until seller acceptance of the high bid. The shorter the time frame will create more buyer excitement and enhance the competitive bidding.
Each auction will inform the prospective buyers the appropriate bidding increments to increase the bid price. Each buyer/bidder must be pre-qualified prior to bidding.
Seller must supply Trophyauctions.com proof in writing of clear and marketable title by a title specimen or a title update prior to the auction beginning date.
The seller is responsible for liability insurance on the subject property until settlement.
In the event of seller default or inability to close on the specified date of settlement the buyers 10% deposit will be refunded with both parties written execution for release of escrow deposit.
