Browse Seller Listings in any one of the four categories and select a Property to bid on. Listing Are Located Here.

If for some reason you do not locate a property that suits you, be sure to utilize our Buyer Profile Form. We will then enter the information you provide in our TA.COM Matching Seller/Buyer Data Base. We will alert you via email when a matching property does become available.

STEP 3
Prequalification
All Buyers must be Pre-Qualified To Bid.
All Perpective bidders are required to obtain a bank letter of credit, be pre-approved from an accredited lending institution and/or be an all cash buyer. No Trophyauction.com online auction sale is contingent on the buyer obtaining bank financing. Contact Trophyauction.com for a list of available lenders via email.

STEP 4
Auction Bidding Procedures
"STEP A" IS MANDATORY.
a. The Bidder MUST Sign & Fax Back To (561) 747-3164 the completed Terms and Conditions Form, the Prequalification Form and the Opening Bid Form. If you Are Being Represented By A BUYER BROKER, The Buyer Broker Form Must Be filled out as well. All of these forms are displayed at time of bidding.

b. Prospective bidders must read and understand Trophyauctions.com online auction disclaimer.

Please Note: Each Seller’s Property will have different Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you are bidding on multiple properties, complete a seperate Terms and Conditions form for each property of interest.

BIDDING INFORMATION
a. Each Sellers Property Will Have A Designated BUYER’S PREMIUM PERCENTAGE. Review your signed Trophyauctions.com Authorized Terms and Conditions form.

b. Each Property Will Designate the Increased Bidding Increments

c. Email Notification will occur if you have been out bid. Upon receipt of your out-bid email notification you will be given the chance to increase your bid. Please be aware that your new bid must be equal to or equivilant to your pre-qualification limit. To increase or update your prequalification limit. Any questions, please contact Trophyauctions.com.
Due to the fast-paced nature of the auction environment, you must be aware that delays in reponding could cause you to lose your bidding status.
e. You Will Be Notified Immediately If You Are The Successful High Bidder by email. Trophyauctions.com will fax you the auction sale contract for your signature. This contract must be signed and faxed back to Trophyauctions.com within 24 hours of receipt to be a legal and binding insturment.

Buyer Incentive Programs

It Will Save You Money
A. BUYERS - A credit equal to TWO PERCENT (2%) of the highest opening bid amount offered by the Purchaser, will be deducted from Trophyauctions.com Total Auction Sale Contract Price of the Property Offering, provided the Purchaser is the highest opening bid and becomes the successful high bidder and Purchaser closes on the Property in compliance with the terms and conditions of the auction sale. Should the Seller accept your opening high bid amount prior to the close of the auction, then the 2% credit is still applicable.

B. REMEMBER you must be the highest opening bidder to earn the 2% deduction.

C. LICENSED REAL ESTATE BUYER BROKER PARTICIPATION
A THREE PERCENT (3%) commission will be paid on the highest opening bid amount offered by the purchaser. Plus a ONE PERCENT (1%) commission paid on the balance remaining between the highest opening bid amount and the total auction sale contract price for the Property sold, only qualified, licensed, real estate Buyer's Broker whose prospect pays for and closes on the Property in compliance with Trophyauctions.com Buyer's Broker Guidelines. The Broker must perform all requirements of the Buyer's Broker according to Trophyauctions.com Buyer Broker Guidelines. The Broker and the prospective bidder must execute a Buyer's Broker Registration form provided by Trophyauctions.com prior to being eligible to bid. Trophyauctions.com will maintain a complete file on all Brokers registrations. A Buyer's Broker commission will be paid at closing after Trophyauctions.com has been paid in full. Brokers will not have to attend the closing. Brokers will not be allowed to register themselves as principals. No commission will be paid to a Broker participating in the purchase of the Property. If a Broker registers multiple bidders only a single commission will be paid to the Broker whose client is the successful high bidder. Failure to properly register or comply with the provisions of Trophyauctions.com Guidelines will disqualify the Buyer's Broker from receiving any "commission.
