c. As Soon As TA.COM Receives All Contracts You Will be Notified and assigned a Log In Name & Password.
d. At that point you will Provide Seller Property Photos and Video.
e. If Seller Selects A Marketing Plan You Will Be Notified By Facilitator To Expedite The Process
g. Upload Seller Property Picture & Property Information
h. Placement of TROPHYAUCTIONS.COM Sign on Sellers Property
i. Placement of Seller Auction Sale in Local or Statewide MLS
j. All Agency Disclosure Forms Must Be Reviewed, Printed and Signed by Seller,
then Faxed/Mailed To TROPHYAUCTIONS.COM to be in Full Effect.

STEP 5
Brokers Earn Commission By:
a. Buyer Broker-If you are representing a Buyer/Client to Bid on a TA.COM Seller Auction DOWNLOAD BUYR BROKER REGISTRATION FORM Fax Back To TA.COM at (561) 747-3164 All field of the form must be filled out and fax back to TA.Com prior to your Buyer/Client Eligibility To Bid on any Sellers Property.
b. Buyer Broker Client Must Be Pre-Qualified To Be Eligible To Bid

[Broker Buyer/Client must supply a bank letter of credit,
be pre-approved by an accredited lending institution
or be an all cash buyer. A 10 % deposit of the total contractual auction sale
contract will be required within three business days of date of auction sellers acceptance] |
c. Once Buyer is Pre-Qualified they will be notified and given a Log In Name & Password
d. Fax Proof of buyer pre-approval TO TA.COM at (561) 747-3164.
e. If Broker is acting in the capacity of a Dual Agency Relationship fax disclosure of said agency to TA.COM at (561) 747-3164.
f. Brokers and Prospective bidders must read and understand Trophyauctions.com online auction disclaimer.
g. All Local Board, State & Federal Agency Relations are in effect during the online listing and sale process.
