b. Accept or submit Changes To The Auction Terms & Conditions,
If there are any changes: Submit Document changes, Sign and Fax back to (561) 747-3164
c. Upon receipt of signed listing documents TA.COM facilitator will issue
Log In Name & Password
d. Complete the Online Property Information Profile.

if you are selling commercial, investment, or portfolio property Select This Form .
e. TA.COM Auction Facilitator will contact you to discuss the marketing plans & auction set-up
