b. Accept or submit Changes To The Auction Terms & Conditions,

c. Upon receipt of signed listing documents TA.COM facilitator will issue
Log In Name & Password
d. Complete the Online Property Information Profile.

e. TA.COM Auction Facilitator will contact you to discuss the marketing plans & auction set-up
