A. BUYERS - A credit equal to TWO PERCENT (2%) of the highest opening bid amount offered by the Purchaser,
will be deducted from Trophyauctions.com Total Auction Sale Contract Price for the Property. Provided
the Purchaser submits the highest opening bid and becomes the successful high bidder and closes on the
Property in compliance with the terms and conditions of the auction sale. Should the Seller accept your opening high bid amount prior to the close of the auction, then the 2% credit is still applicable.
B. REMEMBER you must submit the highest opening bidder to earn the 2% deduction.
C. LICENSED REAL ESTATE BUYER BROKER PARTICIPATION
A THREE PERCENT (3%) commission will be paid on the highest opening bid amount offered by the Purchaser,
plus a ONE PERCENT (1%) commission paid on the balance remaining between the highest opening bid amount
and the total auction sale contract price for the Property only a qualified, licensed, real estate Buyer's
Broker whose prospect pays for and closes on the Property in compliance with Trophyauctions.com Buyer's Broker
Guidelines. The Broker must perform all requirements of the Buyer's Broker according to Trophyauctions.com
Buyer Broker Guidelines.
If no opening high bid is submitted by the buyer's broker client and that client is the successful high bidder, then the broker is entitled to a 1% commision of the total auction sale contract price.
The Broker and the prospective bidder must execute a Buyer's Broker Registration form (See Below) provided by Trophyauctions.com prior to being eligible to bid. Trophyauctions.com will maintain a complete file
on all Brokers registrations. A Buyer's Broker commission will be paid at closing after Trophyauctions.com has
been paid in full. Brokers will not have to attend the closing. Brokers wil1 not be allowed to register themselves
as principals. No commission will be paid to a Broker participating in the purchase of the Property.
If a Broker registers multiple bidders only a single commission will be paid to the Broker whose client
is the successful high bidder. Failure to properly register or comply with the provisions of Trophyauctions.com
Guidelines will disqualify the Buyer's Broker from receiving any "commission."
